Another year is going to end and we want to share with you the results of our survey focused on our customers' satisfaction. Some questions to ask over 600 dental clinics to express their opinion about Teethan and its contribution to their clinical practice.
More than 90% of the respondents considers Teethan very useful for their work, using it routinely in their daily routine as an irreplaceable support in their clinical choices. The survey shows that Teethan examinations are carried out to analyse the occlusal balance of patients with different needs. More than 75% of patients with splinting or TMJ disease and more than half of patients with prostheses and implants are analysed with Teethan.
Performing an exam with Teethan is simple and non-invasive, which is why it continues to be so popular with patients. In fact, 67% of respondents thinks that it is a key tool to differentiate from the competition.
Also for 2021 the trend of satisfaction of our users is positive and 92% of them would recommend Teethan to a colleague.
